Company Overview:
Our client, a well-established local leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an experienced and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver to join their growing team. The company prides itself on exceptional customer service and is looking for a professional driver who shares those values.

Position Summary:
This is a full-time, home-weekly OTR driving role. As a “working driver,” you will be responsible not only for transporting goods but also for tailgating and unloading product at delivery sites. Drivers are compensated $0.30 per box unloaded , in addition to all “dead head” miles being paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.

• Deliver products on time to various destinations across assigned routes.

• Tailgate and unload products (up to 80 lbs); bending/stooping required.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service.

• Report layovers using ELS for additional pay.

• Company handles all backhaul sourcing – no need to secure return loads.

• Comply with all federal, state, and company safety regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.

• Minimum 3 years of OTR driving experience preferred.

• Clean driving record (MVR required at interview).

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and physically unload freight.

• Flexible availability and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
