- 2 years current/recent Endoscopy Experience
- Procedural sedation experience
- CGRN certificate - strongly preferred
- 2 separate supervisory facility references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.
Agency MUST have an active NH agency license PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: - 7 year work history/resume listing out Agency travel contract (with names) and FTE employment (7 year BGC and EMPV onboarding requirement)
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
