Facility will not consider locals who have permanent residency within 50 miles of Exeter Hospital

Must be covid vaccinated - exemptions accepted and will be reviewed on case by case basis - email ************* for the declination form

Agency MUST have an active NH agency license
Requirement description :

• 2 years current/recent Endoscopy Experience
• Procedural sedation experience
• CGRN certificate - strongly preferred
• 2 separate supervisory facility references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 year work history/resume listing out Agency travel contract (with names) and FTE employment (7 year BGC and EMPV onboarding requirement)
• Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• References -

2 separate supervisory references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

On Call Requirements : as needed
