Requirements

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission by identifying and hiring top talent across the organization. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, SCA-covered, and cleared positions, while creating a best-in-class candidate experience.   • Deliver an extraordinary candidate experience for every applicant, regardless of outcome.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone/video screens, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, timelines, and interview expectations.
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, and networking to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Support high-volume recruiting efforts while balancing competing priorities.
  • Track and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with SCA requirements, cleared hiring protocols, and federal/state employment laws.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and virtual hiring initiatives to attract talent.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the TA function by sharing feedback and ideas.
  • Provide reporting and updates on recruiting activity, pipelines, and KPIs as requested.
  • Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (agency, or corporate).
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Exposure to recruiting for SCA-covered or cleared positions a plus.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, resume databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS’, Social Media).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law, recruiting best practices, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred.
