Responsibilities:
  • Shape the product vision and requirements for internal tools that assist AWS teams in managing partner funding and programs effectively
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify user needs and challenges, transforming complex business requirements into straightforward product solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with sales operations teams to comprehend their difficulties and gather requirements for new capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from the initial concept to launch and ongoing enhancements
  • Partner with various stakeholders to harmonize internal and external partner experiences, ensuring cohesive system integration
  • Initiate process improvement ventures to enhance and automate partner co-sell workflows, utilizing AI and automation
  • Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support new product developments and process adjustments
  • Develop comprehensive change management and launch strategies to ensure successful product adoption across global teams

You’ll join our AWS Specialists and Partners (ASP) Operations' Business Integration Team (BIT) to play a vital role in enhancing AWS's internal partner experience. Our objective is to deliver a cohesive, integrated, and intelligent approach to managing partner relationships, emphasizing partner funding and program management.

Your day might begin with reviewing feedback from internal customers regarding their experiences with partner funding and program management. Collaborating with engineering teams, you'll work on features designed to refine partner funding integration in seller workflows. Between meetings, you’ll analyze data from feature launches to assess improvements in pipeline efficiency and engage with sales operations teams to understand their pain points. Throughout the day, you will champion our internal customers to develop solutions that make partner co-selling more efficient and foster growth in our partner ecosystem.
