Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling, payroll accuracy, and timekeeping for assigned officers.
  • Ensure all posts are filled by qualified, licensed officers—minimizing unbillable overtime and ensuring shift coverage before close of business.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for branch personnel.
  • Maintain employee and client files in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new hires.
  • Support and track completion of training requirements including orientation, site-specific, safety, and state-mandated courses.
  • Administer coaching and corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage branch operations in line with client contracts, ensuring prompt resolution of staffing or performance issues.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare monthly operational and client reports.
  • Communicate regularly with Branch and Regional Management regarding staffing, scheduling, compliance, and client updates.
  • Monitor and control costs that affect branch profitability—including overtime, non-billable hours, and uniform recovery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years as an Operations, Account, or Branch Manager in a service-oriented industry. Contract security management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TrackTik experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned market daily.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass background check, MVR and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours across all shifts as needed.
