Fiesta Auto Insurance is seeking a Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain customer relationships, educate customers on insurance coverage, and provide exceptional service. No previous experience is required - we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service
• Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations
• Process payments, renewals, and policy changes
• Market and promote our agency
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and handling calls/emails

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
• Open to learning and achieving excellent sales records
• Preferred: Bilingual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Availability: Monday-Sunday with flexible hours
