Roles & Responsibilities

• Process returned medical devices in a laboratory setting.
• Adhere to biohazard lab safety and proper PPE usage.
• Assist in processing electronic records for customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the complaints department to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Experience Required

• Preference for candidates with data entry, processing, and analysis experience, ensuring high accuracy.
• Two years of experience in a regulated industry preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry and record processing.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work on-site four days a week and remotely one day.
• Local candidates only.
