Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Most preferred - Pittsburgh PA 2. Remaining hubs - no specific order - Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center, Birmingham AL - Birmingham - Brock, North Texas Market TX - Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd, Phoenix - Biltmore Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 Remote Intended length of Assignment: 8/31/2026 Reason for open position: Backfill Potential for Contract Extension: Yes
Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.
Initiatives/Projects: QA Lead required for EDGE Experiment Crew starting soon
Industry background: Banking/financial is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor and test connectivity of integrated systems and components.
- Plan end to end test scenarios and execute with integrated applications.
- Test estimation, scheduling, requirements traceability, execution and reporting results to various audiences.
- Understanding requirements and creating key test deliverables such as test strategies, plans scripts, scenarios, and test data etc.
- Define test cases and data mappings using development documentation and requirements.
- Identifying regression testing scope and coverage .
- Defect identification, reporting and ownership through to resolution.
- Contribute towards triage meetings to maximize test effectiveness particularly during execution phase.
- Lead and guide the onshore and offshore SIT team to drive successful deliverables.
- Identifying the risks associated with projects and bringing transparency to leadership team.
- Construct test and meta data (e.g. CSV, XML, JSON, PDF, etc.) for use within test cases.
- Create and execute manual and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.
- Maintains the test result documentation that assists other teams in debugging and modification of software and systems.
- Adherence to the Agile methodologies , testing standards and best practices.
- Establishing close working relationships with technology partners and also business users.
- Planning for future releases scope, identifying partner teams readiness.
- Identifying risk mitigation plan for any integration environment downtime or refresh.
- Work on test data availability from integration teams
- Responsible for Performance testing co-ordination
- Take up certifications/trainings to upskill as needed by the project
Level 4: 6+ YRS
Must Have Technical Skills: - Agile Experience
- Atlassian JIRA

- Java Selenium
- Oracle/SQL
- Postman API Testing
- Salesforce Experience
Education/Certifications: Experience is more important but Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Any Salesforces certification is a plus
