LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing company in downtown Chicago to hire a Part-Time Receptionist! This is more than just a front desk role—this team is looking for someone who can bring warmth, reliability, and organization to a collaborative and people-first environment. The office has a vibrant, supportive culture, and this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of it all.

This is a part-time position, Monday through Thursday, working about 25 hours per week. You’ll have the opportunity to take initiative while supporting both office operations and light HR tasks.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and team members

• Greet visitors with a warm, professional presence

• Maintain daily attendance logs

• Manage and organize package deliveries and returns

• Coordinate and order weekly catered lunches

• Order and maintain office supplies

• Assist with HR initiatives such as happy hours and team events

• Support the office with administrative tasks

• Run occasional local errands

• Keep the front desk and common areas organized and welcoming

Receptionist Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, office support, or HR coordination role

• Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment

• Ability to commit to a long-term, part-time role
