Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part-Time Overnight Security Guard to protect our property and assets and ensure the safety of our dealership locations part-time during nighttime hours. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding our facilities, vehicles, and equipment by performing routine patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of dealership properties, checking for unauthorized individuals, unusual activity, and signs of potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate security cameras and alarm systems, keeping an eye on potential threats or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies, following established protocols and documenting all incidents.
• Ensure all gates, doors, and entry points are secure and locked as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues, such as broken locks, faulty security systems, or damaged fencing, to the management team.
• Assist with access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel are on the property during overnight hours.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with on-duty management and any emergency responders if required.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, though not required.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a calm demeanor in emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
