Job Description

Essential Functions :

• Identify and correct spelling grammar and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.
• Detect formatting and compositional errors.
• Follow attorney / client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices
• Utilize automated review process if applicable
• Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney / client guidelines as they pertain to NEP
• Research and resolve inquiries and problems
• Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Specific Technical Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software specifically Word and Excel
• Strong writing and grammatical skills required

Performance Traits:

• Meticulous attention to detail quality and accuracy in execution of tasks
• Proven customer service skills are required to create maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Education/Training/Certifications:

• Associate degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job.

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum (1) year experience preferably in a legal banking or large corporate environment

Pay: $18.60/hour
