In this role, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts to gather key information and craft clear, compelling content that meets both learner needs and high-quality standards. While your focus will be on instructional design and writing, having a knack for graphic design will set you apart as you'll have the opportunity to develop visuals that enhance the learning experience. If you're passionate about creating content that makes a difference, we'd love to have you on board! **POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for designing and developing eLearning courses to support the organization. Includes maintaining customer relationships, writing content, development, and overseeing deployment of courses. _Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._ **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Three (3) years of technical e-Learning experience in training and development, multi-media design, and delivery in a corporate environment. + Experience using a recognized instructional design method and in all phases of the design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, evaluation, and delivery of technical and non-technical programs using appropriate adult learning theories. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's Degree in design, e-Learning Technologies, Training & Development, Business Management, Education, Communication, or related field. + Knowledge of live online technologies and course development for live online delivery. + Expert in Adobe development tools, to include Captivate and other multimedia development tools. **EEO Statement:** EEO/Female/Minority/Disability/Veterans ( Our organization supports a drug-free work environment. **Privacy Policy:** Privacy Policy ( Banner Health is one of the largest, nonprofit health care systems in the country and the leading nonprofit provider of hospital services in all the communities we serve.
