We’re looking for a developer with strong experience across the Microsoft stack: ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, C#, and SQL, and a passion for crafting clean, efficient, and scalable software. If you bring creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain both web-based and desktop applications using ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, and C#
• Build efficient, reliable SQL queries and stored procedures; maintain and optimize relational database structures
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the full stack
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and help define software architecture
• Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Expert-level skills in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WPF
• Strong command of SQL, including database design and performance tuning
• Understanding of OOP and software design principles
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools preferred
• Familiarity with RESTful API development a plus
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus
• :with ICE Mortgage Technology platforms preferred
• Background in or familiarity with the mortgage law industry a plus
