Monarch Investment & Management Group is expanding our Marketing Department and seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our team onsite in Franktown, CO. 🎯 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Digital Content Creator, you’ll manage and execute digital marketing and social media strategies across our nationwide portfolio:

• Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies
• Manage property social media access, logins, and platform setup
• Track performance using analytics, ROI reporting, and ad dashboards
• Optimize creatives and ad campaigns for performance and engagement
• Troubleshoot ad issues as the main liaison with Meta Support
• Oversee ad setup to ensure company brand and standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams on video, drone content, and multimedia assets
• Film, edit, and publish engaging social content
• Report KPIs and insights to leadership

✅ Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year experience in social media advertising and social media management
• Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Canva or similar design platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment

💰 Pay & Benefits

• $50,000–$60,000 annual salary
