The Boathouse is an independent, award-winning Creative Agency/Studio for Apple, Verizon, Netflix, Trustpilot, SingleCare, Ollie, Lovesac, and others with offices in LA, New York, and Cape Town.

We create holistic Campaigns with 360 executions that often feature global celebrities. We are looking for a Creative Director to join our agency in a Creative Leadership role. The CD will report to the ECD and CEO. Our Campaigns frequently are executed as omni-channel including broadcast/brand films, digital, social media, and experiential.

This role is mostly remote, with occasional travel to New York.

Job Details:

• Creative Director who can spearhead multiple brand campaigns, tying in client goals to bold, thoughtful, and impactful creative concepts.
• Someone driven by ideas, storytelling, messaging, and strategy.
• A creative leader, who is able to manage client relationships.
• An independent thinker who is comfortable bucking the traditional ad agency way of doing things. 
• An eye for design and brand aesthetic.

Requirements:

• Must have a history with big ideas and creative problem-solving.
• Must have led or meaningfully worked on 360 campaigns, including concepting.
