Project Manager - South Dakota or North Dakota
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Start: Late February/Early March

Seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values craftsmanship, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every phase of the build. Our client company is experiencing rapid growth and they are looking for someone to support it.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and progress reports
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and resolve issues as they arise
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management (commercial or residential)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of South Dakota construction regulations and permitting processes
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not a requirement
