Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Turnover & Documentation Team supporting Construction, Operations, and MSFT Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Construction Project Manager 2 **Location:** Fayetteville, GA **Pay Range:** $50/hour **What's the Job?** + Act as the main liaison between construction and operations teams during project turnover. + Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-builts, redlines, O&M manuals, and other close-out documentation. + Maintain tracking systems to ensure all turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. + Resolve discrepancies or gaps in documentation by collaborating with MSFT stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams. + Develop and manage turnover schedules and support handover meetings to ensure operational readiness. **What's Needed?** + 2-5 years of experience in MEP, construction management, project management, or document control (data center experience strongly preferred). + Strong familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and project close-out deliverables. + High-level organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams. + Excellent communication skills to bridge construction and operations teams effectively. + Proficiency with Microsoft tools, project management platforms, and document management systems. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry. + Professional growth and development opportunities. + A collaborative and dynamic work environment. + Stability and long-term career potential.
