We are currently seeking  Construction Laborers - Helpers to join our team in  Houston, TX . As a Construction Laborer - Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup at the job site and supporting them throughout the job, which may include driving a support vehicle with equipment. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely.

We are currently offering a  limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $20.00 per hour and will increase based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and provide support throughout the job
• Drive support vehicles (pickup trucks) with equipment
• Provide support and work in and around sewer and storm drains
• Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
• Learn / train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
• Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site / shop

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Construction or Field Laborer is highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
• Must have strong communication skills, be reliable, and be a team player
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
