Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support our internal and external messaging efforts. This role requires strong writing and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. The Communications Agent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all communications align with company standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal memos, client communications, press releases, and official documents

• Coordinate with departments to gather accurate information for distribution

• Assist in the creation of brand-aligned messaging for campaigns and presentations

• Support in preparing executive-level correspondence and statements

• Monitor public messaging for consistency and compliance

• Manage crisis communication protocols when needed

• Maintain documentation and reports related to communication processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or writing-focused role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

• Familiarity with AP style and professional documentation standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication platforms (email, internal chat systems)
