Job Summary:
Delivers comprehensive care to patients in the Critical Care Unit, using advanced nursing skills to manage complex medical conditions.
Essential Duties:
- Perform continuous assessments of critically ill patients.
- Operate and manage specialized medical equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families about treatments and post-CCU care.
