Job Description

Job Objective: Ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of the building facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all operational aspects needed for a safe and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform minor repairs and maintenance (painting, plumbing, lighting, etc.) in the building’s common areas.
2. Oversee the use of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly.
3. Keep a record of activities and report any damage or additional maintenance needs to building management.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Skilled in working with maintenance tools and safety equipment.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and able to plan preventive maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork and excellent service skills for interacting with building users.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage unexpected tasks.

Previous Experience: 3+ years in similar roles, preferably in commercial building maintenance.

As a full service vendor, we offer automotive dealerships services such as: Detailing, Valet, window film installation, PPF film, Ceramic coatings and more.

Our job is to supply the dealership with the best possible staff, eliminating their liability, unfixed costs such as, payroll taxes, supply costs, employee benefits, accidents, lawsuit, and/or worries all together. All employees are drug tested, background checked, and approved by each dealership management.
Our goal is to hold the highest CSI rating for customer service possible. Our staff is trained to have a \whatever it takes\ attitude, and also educated about CSI surveys.
Department managers will eliminate the day to day headaches so they can focus on their daily responsibilities.
