In this role, you will define and craft the visual identity and storytelling for cutting-edge AI technology. As a founding designer, you will shape the user experience, brand presence, and interaction paradigms that guide how people understand and collaborate with AI. You will collaborate with a world-class global team, iterating on interfaces, prototypes, and motion design to ensure clarity, usability, and impact. Your work will influence design culture, brand language, and product vision, while pioneering innovative approaches to human-AI interaction. This role offers the opportunity to combine creative leadership, hands-on design, and strategic thinking in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design storytelling vision across the organization, influencing day-to-day design decisions and long-term design culture.
• Design and iterate user-centered interfaces with attention to typography, color systems, layout, animation, and motion.
• Prototype and explore new interaction models that redefine how humans engage with AI systems.
• Ensure brand consistency across all products, evolving and applying the design language throughout.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, and product teams to drive design execution from concept to launch.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality brand assets that effectively communicate the company’s story and vision.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills with expertise in crafting brand assets and storytelling.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and experience in prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across disciplines.
• Creative problem-solving ability with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Passion and perspective on the future of human-AI interaction.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
