Bilingual LCSW Program Manager: BH Fellowship (Hybrid Remote)

A Bilingual (Spanish/English) LCSW Program Manager is needed for one of Marin County's only ASW Social Work Fellowship programs in Novato, CA.

This position offers hybrid-remote flexibility, 3 days clinical and 2 days remote.

This role provides direct supervision to Behavioral Health Fellows, the Clinical Supervisor, and other junior practitioners in Behavioral Health.

The program has a specific focus: First generation bicultural clinicians aspiring to become LCSWs. The patient panel is also largely first generation and bicultural.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 to $148,000
• Sign on bonus: $20,000 (program terms apply -- paid at 30 days)
• Hybrid remote role: 40% remote, 60% in-clinic (3 days clinical, 2 days administrative)

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, mentorship, and direct supervision to the first and second year ASWs as well as the Clinical Supervisor (LCSW).
• Design, implement, and oversee the ASW IBH training curriculum.
• Evaluate and update the training program utilizing participant and stakeholder feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the Clinical Supervisor (LCSW), faculty, and administrative staff to ensure training program meets the needs of all stakeholders.
• Ensure training program promotes an evidence-based service model that integrates behavioral health services (psychotherapy, psychiatry, substance use disorder counseling, and case management) into primary care.

• Maintain appropriate staff levels and participate in recruitment.
• Onboard, train and support continued development of staff.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• LCSW with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
• Must be able to communicate with patients and partners in Spanish.
• Experience developing curriculum aligned with evidence base practices.
• Experience providing instruction, mentorship, and support to developing clinicians.
• Highly trained in motivational interviewing.
• Experience in treating substance use disorders and other addictive disorders.
• Competent and comfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, the elderly; those with mild, moderate or severe BH needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team, preferably in a primary care environment.
• Conduct brief assessments and intervention interviews with patients.
