Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Hacienda Heights, California. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with banking transactions, and ensure accurate data entry to support our daily operations. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with customers. Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers with precision. - Perform data entry tasks to ensure records are updated and accurate. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. - Assist customers with transaction banking and order entry processes. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and manage documentation. - Respond to email correspondence and follow up on customer requests. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies during all interactions. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking-related role. - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries. - Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. - Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. - Experience in handling email correspondence and providing timely follow-ups. - Knowledge of transaction banking and order entry processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
