The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Art Teacher to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 to 5. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, passion, and expertise to the classroom, delivering engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, literary appreciation, and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
*Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
*Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.
*Collaborate with colleagues to promote best practices and share resources.
*Maintain accurate records of student progress and attend parent-teacher meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art/Art & Design or a related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
- Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level, ideally within a British curriculum setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young minds.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse student body.

Salary Range:
A salary from 1200 up to 1600 OMR (Omani Rial)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
