Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with their hands, and improving the lives of families in their community. This role provides a fun and supportive team environment, ongoing training, and a strong work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of services.
Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
Collect payment for completed work.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
At least 18 years old.
Preferred Skills:
EPA certification.
Sealed system repair experience.
Location & Compensation:
Location: Benton, AR.
Pay: $20.00 – $60.00+ per hour (based on experience and performance, with bonus and commission opportunities).
