Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Durham, NH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $20/hour, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Durham, NH. The ideal candidate will be skilled in general maintenance tasks and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced apartment community.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and repairs in a timely manner
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Assist with turnovers and unit inspections
Maintain property grounds and common areas
Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Strong knowledge of residential maintenance systems
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
