Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Verify and process invoices and purchase orders with attention to detail
• Ensure timely payments and reconcile AP transactions
• Assist with month-end closing reconciliation and financial reporting
• Work independently and with a team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Accounts Payable Requirements:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in AP or accounting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
