Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location:  Kirkland, WA - Onsite

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / Hourly

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Direct Hire

Job Description:

• Full cycle AP processing with purchase orders 
• Manual processing- printing checks at the office
• Eventually: accruals, setting up prepaid schedules, purchasing, reporting budget to actual 
• Utilize Excel, Sage Intacct, and Gmail 

Qualifications: 

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable 
• Good communication skills
