We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Account Executive to join our team, specializing in selling staffing services to industrial clients, including warehouses and manufacturing companies. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential industrial clients in the warehouse and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Present and promote staffing solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Candidates with more sales experience (3-7 years) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Staffing industry sales experience a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with the industrial sector (warehousing/manufacturing) is a plus.
