We?re a small, family-owned business with big dreams, and we?re looking for an experienced  Kitchen & Bath Designer who?s ready to  take the reins in our K&B department and then across two retail locations.

Duties

? What You?ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with clients to bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life
• Design using 2020 software across multiple cabinet lines
• Consult on product selections and design solutions
• Quote, order, and track all project components
• Work hand-in-hand with installers, project managers, and our showroom team
• Provide guidance and training to showroom staff
• Help lead pricing, merchandising, and department strategy

Requirements

? We?re Looking For:

• 3+ years in Kitchen & Bath design using 2020 software (multi-line experience preferred)
• A strong design portfolio showing off your 20/20 chops
• An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience
• Experience managing K&B projects through installation
• Experience specifying plumbing fixtures is a plus
• Interior Design degree or industry certification? Bonus points!
